SSR Realty welcomes Heritage to its family

Acting on behalf of one of its corporate pension plan clients, White Plains, N.Y.-based SSR Realty has purchased Heritage on the Merrimack, a 240-unit, Class-A apartment complex in Bedford, N.H., for $25 million. The complex is approximately 50 miles from downtown Boston.

Completed in 1999, the community sits on 27 wooded acres that overlook the Merrimack River. Amenities at the complex include in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, a swimming pool, a fitness facility and basketball courts.
