NEW JERSEY—Lennar Urban recently broke ground on 1000 Avenue at Port Imperial, a 74-unit condominium building located on the Hudson River waterfront in Weehawken.
The building will be situated at the center of the $2 billion master-planned Port Imperial community which stretches for two miles and across three towns along the Hudson River.
Pre-construction sales for 1000 Avenue at Port Imperial are expected to begin in the fall with prices starting at $700,000. A fall 2014 delivery date is expected.
The new seven-story building will feature a glass and brick façade with metal panel accents. Large windows and private balconies/terraces will provide residents with outdoor space while maximizing the homes’ views.
The building will include nine one-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom condos. Residents will have access to an array of amenities, including concierge service, integrated building security system, conference room, two guest suites, social room with a bar and a fitness center. An outdoor plaza on the third floor will include gardens, seating areas, an open lawn, a sun deck and cooling spray area. The building will include a parking garage.
