SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. – Memphis, Tenn.-based Federal Express has signed a lease with the Marschall Warehouse Co., Teterboro, N.J., at a 5-building, 600,000 sq. ft. industrial campus here. FedEx will occupy 127,000 sq. ft. for its new Northeast distribution center. FedEx will renovate the facility extensively. Alexander Summer LLC, Paramus, N.J., represented Marschall in the transaction.
