Wells acquires Tennessee office building

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Atlanta-based Wells Real Estate Funds has acquired a 201,237 sq. ft. class-A building from an undisclosed seller for $25 million. Located in suburban Nashville, Tenn., the three-story building is the headquarters of Comdata Corp. The building contains a cafeteria and fitness center and is leased to Comdata for 15 years.

Wells Real Estate Funds is the only company that provides three methods of investing in real estate: a real estate investment trust (REIT), a REIT index mutual fun, and a limited partnership program.
