The John Akridge Cos. receives excellence award The John Akridge Cos. in Washington, D.C., have been honored with the 1999 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence-Under 25 Buildings Category, by Los Angeles-based CEL & Associates Inc. and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
A survey of building occupants and investors, conducted by CEL & Associates, revealed that Akridge achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction and service from an evaluation of more than 5,000 participants.
The John Akridge Cos. services include real estate acquisition, development, asset and property management and leasing. Since 1974, the company has developed or has had under construction more than 7 million sq. ft. of office space in Washington, D.C.

Koll Construction LP Donald W. Dreusike has been named president of Koll Construction LP, a division of Newport Beach, Calif.-based Koll Development Co., and will succeed Victor D. Also, Andrea I. Peskind has been named senior director of financial services in the firm's Dallas office.
She is responsible for investment sales of office, industrial, retail and hospitality properties. Peskind has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1992.
Integra Realty Resources Sean Hutchinson has been named president of New York-based Integra Realty Resources. He is responsible for the company's business development and shareholder relations, as well as day-to-day operations. Previously, Hutchinson served as director of the Center for Advanced Property Economics with the Chicago-based Appraisal Institute.
ORIX Real Estate Equities Inc. Michael McCullough, executive vice president of Chicago-based ORIX Real Estate Equities Inc., has been named to the board of directors. He is responsible for the company's North American development expansion and construction staff, and is an 18-year veteran of the company. Also, Jeffrey C. Button has been promoted from vice president of property management to senior vice president of property management for Cary, N.C.-based Konover Property Trust Inc.
