With home sales beginning to cool, home builders are scrambling to move their product. At the Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, ad agency Bailey Gardner Inc. launched a campaign to spread word of Concordia Homes' The Lido condo project. From mid-November through January, valet drivers will leave tags on 25,000 cars advertising the development. Shoppers can also get a $50 gift card if they take a tour of The Lido. In addition, 6-foot-high and 53-foot-long banners advertising Lido adorn the center.
