The 1.1 million sq. ft. center is anchored by The Bon Marche, Copeland's Sports, Emporium, JCPenney, Meier & Frank, Montgomery Ward and Ross Dress for Less.
Chicago-based Horizon Group Properties has been awarded management, leasing and operations responsibilities at Bloomington-Normal Factory Outlet Center in Normal, Ill., by Chicago-based Dwinn-Shaffer, a managing partner and original developer of the center. The 200,000 sq. ft. center is tenanted by 33 food and retail stores. Future plans call for a 50,000 sq. ft. expansion.
Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis Co.'s property management subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Management Services Inc., has been awarded management and leasing responsibilities for One Main Place in Dallas by New York-based R-A-K Main Place Associates LP. One Main Place is a 1 million sq. ft., mixed-use building in Dallas' Central Business District. The building houses 65,000 sq. ft. of retail.
