House of Blues will make its Cleveland debut in November, opening a 42,000-square-foot building on Euclid Avenue and Fourth Street. The live music venue is part of the Downtown Cleveland revitalization program, which aims to rebuild its Muse District, the city's entertainment hub. “This is a vision that began several years ago, so it has terrific support from the city to make it happen,” says Craig Kaser, president of Cleveland-based TerreMark Partners LLC, who leased the space. The new venue expects to book HOB's recurring acts, such as Sugar Ray and Joss Stone.
