 Town Center at Boca Raton had begun to feel dated. Driven by growing market demand, the center has undergone a complete renovation and an expansion. The comprehensive renovation of the existing facility included the entrances, food court, all finishes, lighting and the addition of new parking structures. The renovation and expansion introduces a lighter, airier quality to Town Center at Boca Raton. A regionally resonant palm tree motif and new water features conspire to make the center more visually appealing. Interior finishes are updated, including the addition of a light-colored stone floor with carpet insets. Drywall ceilings in light hues with colored accents in larger courts help update these areas and create a sense of visual identity. A new interior lighting scheme brings elegant light fixtures, uplights to the ceilings, more light directed to the floor of common areas, and skylights to increase natural lighting.
Mall entrances are totally rebuilt and feature architectural towers flanked by glass storefronts to better connect the interior and exterior environment. The food court is configured to accommodate additional seating and more efficient circulation. Environmental graphics, including fabrics printed with vintage floral patterns, enhance the visibility and character of food court tenants.
