Forest City Enterprises, Inc., a $7.2 billion real estate company in Cleveland, OH, owns, develops, acquires, and manages commercial and residential real estate properties. A major ongoing challenge is selecting retail properties and matching them to top prospective retailers. To stay abreast of market analysis trends, Forest City needed a new system for daily in-house analysis that reduced costs and provided greater access for in-house production of demographic maps and reports as part of retailer acquisition packages.
Forest City asked ESRI to design an affordable solution for these expanded demographic and mapping analysis requirements.
