Newport Beach, Calif. – Locally based Koll Development Co. recently announced the opening of Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, Linens ‘N Things and Men’s Wearhouse at Flatiron Marketplace in Broomfield, Colo.
The $110 million, mixed-use complex will feature approximately 1 million sq. ft. of retail, restaurant, hotel and office components upon its completion. Flatiron Marketplace is located adjacent to the new 1.5 million-sq.-ft. Flatiron Crossing Mall. CB Richard Ellis in Denver is responsible for the marketing, leasing and management of the center.
