Baltimore – Locally based Development Design Group Inc. earned the Certificate of Merit award in the “Renovation or Expansion of an Existing Project” category, presented by the 2001 International Design and Development Awards Program.
The awards committee, formed by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), selected Design Group’s The Zone at Rosebank project in Johannesburg, Guateng, Republic of South Africa. ICSC will present the award at the 2001 ICSC Spring Convention in Las Vegas on May 21, 2001.
