Tarrytown, N.Y. - DLC Management Corp. recently added approximately 535,000 sq. ft. to its portfolio by acquiring community shopping centers in New York and Texas.
The Tarrytown-based company acquired Whiterock Marketplace, a 325,000-sq.-ft. community center in Dallas for $11.9 million. The seller was Dallas-based United Whiterock LP. Anchor tenants include The Home Depot, Tom Thumb Supermarkets, Marshalls, Factory 2-U and Dollar Tree.
DLC also acquired Beach Shopping Center, a 210,000-sq.-ft. community center in Peekskill, N.Y., for $14.3 million. The seller was Peekskill-based The Beach LLC. Anchor tenants include Grand Union, CVS, Odd Job and Tutor Time.
An owner and developer, DLC also operates management and leasing divisions.
