Portland, Ore.-based MBK Northwest, a division of Irvine, Calif.-based MBK Real Estate Ltd., has promoted Dave E. Moore from vice president to senior vice president. Moore's primary responsibilities include tenant planning, leasing and construction management. Moore has been involved with several large redevelopment projects, including the 625,000-sq.-ft. Parkway SuperCenter in Seattle.
