Petersen Aluminum Corporation (PAC) was founded in 1965 as a metal service center to the architectural metal industry. Our focus throughout the years has been customer service. In addition to our Chicago-based headquarters, we maintain full production facilities in Annapolis Junction, Md.; Tyler, Texas and the newest addition to our family: Kennesaw, Ga. Petersen maintains extensive roll-forming equipment in each of our regional facilities. Each roll-former produces panels that have been Herr-Voss corrective leveled, providing superior flatness. Our in-line leveling process eliminates the “oil canning” effect visible on many roofing projects. Standing seam, flush, wall, and soffit panels are factory formed in lengths up to 55 feet. Matching flashing and trim may also be factory formed or field formed from PAC-CLAD material.
By having full production plants strategically located, PAC can produce any size project and meet the scheduling needs of our customers. We also offer a wide range of services, including design, budgeting, on-site inspections and support after the project is completed. With a complete technical staff available to answer your questions, we can work out the details and avoid possible problems down the road. Even when it comes to creating an accurate budget, Petersen can help with the details. We'll be there when you need us, now and in the future.
We have added several new products to our extensive line. These include an innovative new line of copper and zinc-titanium roofing tiles manufactured by Tegola Canadese, Composite Wall Panels and Column Covers.
The PAC-CLAD Cool Color palette formulations meet ENERGY STAR®, LEED™ and/or cool roof certification requirements for solar reflectance and emissivity ratings. PAC-CLAD metal roofing panels are now available in 36 colors on steel and 34 on aluminum. PAC-CLAD is a full Kynar 500 finish covered by a non-prorated 20-year warranty.
