Time Warner Center is bringing new co-branders on board, part of management's plan to boost profits outside of rent collection. Lincoln, the luxury car division of Ford Motor Company, just announced a new alliance with the urban mall. An estimated 16 million annual visitors to the 2.8 million-square-foot complex at Columbus Circle in Manhattan will get an exclusive look at new Lincoln models that will be on display near the main entrance. The automaker is betting exposure to the mall's upscale customers will increase sales and brand awareness. Financial details of the deal weren't revealed.
