U.S. Capital Holdings Group will develop 321 North, an $800 million mixed-use project in Plantation, Fla. The project will involve redevelopment of the former Plantation Fashion Mall into 550,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 613,000 sq. ft. of office space and 590 residential units. The retail portion of the development is scheduled to be completed in 2011.

Phase I is scheduled for completion in 2010.
DJM Capital Partners, Inc. will develop the Village at Bella Terra, a mixed-use development in Huntington Beach, Calif. When completed the project will feature 138,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 700 apartments.
