Shops At Briargate Opens In Colorado

Poag & McEwen's latest lifestyle center, Shops at Briargate, opened to much fanfare last week on the north side of Colorado Springs, Colo. The 230,000-square-foot first phase of the project includes tenants Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, AnnTaylor, California Pizza Kitchen and P.F. Chang's, among others. Local civic leaders anticipate the new center, with its new-to-market, sophisticated stores, will keep upscale shopping dollars from flowing to nearby Denver.
