Head Over Heels

Target Corp. and endurance artist and magician David Blaine have teamed up to benefit the Salvation Army in time for Target's two-day Thanksgiving Sale. Target presented Blaine with the challenge to escape from shackles while dangling five stories above New York's Time Square in a position similar to DaVinci's “Proportions of Man” drawing. When Blaine escaped in time for Target's sale, he was able to take 100 children and their families on a shopping trip to Target one hour before the store opened to the public on Nov. 24.
