Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing Andrew A. Pittel has been named managing director at New York-based Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing Inc. Pittel, who has been with the company since 1994, was most recently senior director. Prior to joining Garrick-Aug, he worked in his family's real estate business, Benmoore Construction and Management Corp.

Callaway Architects James "Chris" Anderson has been named vice president of production and construction administration for Dallas-based Callaway Architects, a full-service architectural and development services firm. Anderson, who joined Callaway Architects in 1990, will handle predevelopment, environmental approvals, design development, production, quality control and construction services. Also at the company, John Bryant has been named vice president of systems management. Bryant will supervise computer systems used in design and construction of buildings and management of information systems. Marianne Callaway and Jeffrey David Carroll have also been named vice presidents of the firm. As vice president of administration, Callaway will oversee accounting and financial functions as well as human resource management. In his position as vice president of design, Carroll will work with shopping centers and other commercial real estate projects.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. David J. Favorite has been promoted to executive vice president of the shopping center division for Forest City Commercial Management, a division of Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises Inc. In his new role, Favorite will supervise the management and marketing of 14 Forest City shopping centers nationwide. Favorite, a 16-year company veteran, most recently was vice president with Forest City. Also at Forest City Enterprises, Nancy McCann has been named senior vice president of marketing. Previously vice president of marketing, McCann's duties have been expanded to include marketing for national hotel and commercial properties as well as shopping centers. McCann has been with the company since 1989.

Grow Biz International Ted R. Manley has been promoted to president and COO of Minneapolis-based Grow Biz International Inc. Manley, who was formerly executive vice president of operations, joined the company in 1994 as general manager of its Once Upon a Child concept. In his new role, Manley will manage all franchise operations and franchise concepts for the company.

Colonial Properties Trust Charles McNamee has been appointed vice president of construction for the retail division of Birmingham, Ala.-based Colonial Properties Trust. Bringing more than 24 years of construction experience to the company, McNamee most recently was senior vice president for Birmingham-based Hoar Construction. In his new role, McNamee will be responsible for overseeing all retail construction, including the company's newest development, Colonial Promenade Trussville.

Iwerks Entertainment Inc. Marianne Cheyne has been named vice president of entertainment and retail sales for Burbank, Calif.-based Iwerks Entertainment Inc., a full-service provider of high-tech entertainment systems, support services and film-based software in large format, ride simulation, and specialty venue attractions. Cheyne will be responsible for increasing Iwerks' presence in new and emerging markets, including the retail and gaming industries, as part of Iwerks' aggressive sales strategy. Prior to joining Iwerks, Cheyne served as vice president of marketing and sales for Spectra Entertainment Inc. Also at the company, Marti Boone has been named vice president of large-format theater sales and development. Boone will be responsible for working with museums, science centers, aquariums, movie theaters and other venues as part of Iwerks' sales strategy to expand and reach new markets.

Opus West Corp. Robert O'Gorman has been promoted to senior director in charge of retail development for Phoenix-based Opus West Corp., a full-service real estate company that is aggressively developing retail projects throughout the West. O'Gorman's responsibilities include targeting opportunities for power/entertainment centers in the 8- to 50-acre site range, targeting opportunities for specialty retail development, expanding into new markets, and expanding relationships with major national and regional retailers. Formerly a director of real estate for the company, O'Gorman has been in the real estate industry for 20 years.

WalkerGroup/CNI David Glover has been appointed vice president and principal in charge of the Los Angeles office of WalkerGroup/CNI, a full-service multidisciplinary design firm based in New York. Prior to joining the company, Glover was executive design director for Universal Studios and was a senior associate with the Jerde Partnership International. In his new position, Glover will be responsible for establishing design direction, coordination with in-house interdisciplinary teams and liaison with client firms.
