Omaha, Neb. - Renovation work is scheduled to be completed this month on Crossroads Mall, an 871,000 sq. ft. Omaha shopping center anchored by Dillard's, Sears and Younkers. The renovation, designed by the Cincinnati office of FRCH Design Worldwide, will give the mall a fresh, new look as well as a stronger visual identity. Work includes improved lighting, new signage and graphics, lighter colors and materials, and new flooring. In addition, the mall's primary entrance has been made more prominent, and the food court has been enhanced. Crossroads Mall is owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group.
