Nash Finch to possibly acquire U Save Food's 14 supermarkets

Minneapolis – Locally based Nash Finch Co. and Omaha, Neb.-based U Save Foods Inc. are discussing the possibility of the acquisition of U Save through a purchase of capital stock.

U Save Foods is a privately held company that owns and operates a base of 14 supermarkets in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas under the U Save Foods, Sixth Street Food Stores, Cub Foods and Pic' n Save trade names.
