Paragon Outlet Partners will open Paragon Outlets Livermore Valley, a $150 million, 543,000-sq.-ft. outlet center in Livermore, Calif. on Nov. 8.
The center, containing 130 designer and brand name stores, will serve the Greater San Francisco Bay region. Tenants at the property include Armani Outlet, Bloomingdale’s, The Outlet Store, Cole Haan, Converse, Elie Tahari, J.Crew, MaxMara and Nike Factory Store, among others.
“Paragon Outlets Livermore Valley is one of only five outlet centers that will open in the United States this year,” said Paragon Outlet Partners Principal Robert A. Brvenik in a statement. “We know shoppers are eager to save at our exciting collection of iconic brands and we’re thrilled to deliver an outlet center that is 100 percent leased just ahead of the holiday shopping season…”
Time Warner Cable Picks Jones Lang LaSalle to Handle Store Rollout
Time Warner Cable appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as project manager for the development of the firm’s six new retail stores in Southern California. As part of the assignment, Jones Lang LaSalle will handle lease negotiation, strategic planning, site selection, budgets and scheduling. In addition, the firm will assist Time Warner Cable with a national roll-out, including the selection of contractors, services and products.
The stores will be located in Eagle Rock, Glendora, Hollywood, San Bernardino, Torrance and Westminster. They are scheduled to open over the next six months.
Jack Kozakar and Mitch Desser will lead Jones Lang LaSalle’s team on this assignment.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty’s Neal Sadler Appointed as Leasing Agent for Virginia Properties
Neal Sadler, of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., has been appointed as leasing agent for Colley Village in Norfolk, Va., as well as Weblin Square, Providence Office Park, Greater Neck Village and Linkhorn Shoppes in Virginia Beach, Va.
In an unrelated transaction, Furniture Mart signed a lease for a 40,000-sq.-ft. store at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, Va. Michael D. Gurley, of S.L. Nusbaum Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Sam’s Club Opens at River Chase Shopping Center
Sam’s Club signed a lease with Stirling Properties for a 136,000-sq.-ft. store at River Chase Shopping Center in St. Tammany Parish, La. The retailer opened its doors on Oct. 30.
Marshalls Takes Former Filene’s Space in Baltimore City
Marshalls signed a lease with Lockwood Retail LLC for a 31,408-sq.-ft. store at Lockwood Place in Baltimore City, Md. The space was formerly occupied by Filene’s Basement.
Marshalls plans to open its new store in early 2013.
Ken Bernstein, of David S. Brown Enterprises, represented the landlord in the transaction. Tom Maddux and Michael Patz, of KLNB Retail, represented the tenant.
