Quick-service pizza chain Sbarro will open 19 restaurants in National Amusements Inc.'s upscale cinemas by the end of the year. Sales exceeded expectations at seven test stores in New York and Ohio and now the concept will roll out to additional suburban cineplexes in Massachusetts, Virginia, New Jersey, Michigan, Kentucky and Rhode Island.
