WOODLAND PARK—Hollister Construction Services has completed the ground-up construction of a 2,900-sq.-ft., environmentally friendly bank branch in Woodland Park.
The project, which will receive LEED Silver certification, entailed the construction of a single-story building with a three-lane drive-thru and solar panels on the roof.
“As companies continue to put sustainability at the forefront of their business models, we have more clients expressing interest in pursuing LEED certification,” said Chris Johnson, CEO of Hollister Construction Services. “We understand the value that it provides to our clients, so we have a LEED AP as part of our project team, and we encourage all employees to obtain additional training in this arena.”
Hollister project manager Mike McCormack oversaw the project, which was designed for a leading regional bank by architectural firm Bergmann.
