No Smoking

Effective Jan. 1, Pyramid Cos. will prohibit smoking anywhere on the property at one of upstate New York's largest malls — Carousel Center in Syracuse. Pyramid banned smoking inside the property in 2003. The new policy will bar smoking from its sidewalks to parking lot.
