Atlanta - Two top executives with Abrams Properties recently formed a real estate concern that will acquire and develop shopping centers in Florida and throughout the Southeast.
The venture, jOjA Partners LLC, will handle asset management and strategic oversight of Abrams' 2 million-sq.-ft. commercial real estate portfolio. It also will direct third-party property management companies assigned to that portfolio.
The partnership was formed by Jerry Anderson, president and CEO of Abrams Properties, and Jim O'Donnell, the company's executive vice president.
