NEW YORK—Colliers International has arranged more than 55,000 sq. ft. of new leases at 136 Madison Ave.
New leases at the property included:
• A 10-year, 36,728-sq.-ft. lease for Regus, a flexible workspace provider, which will occupy the fifth and sixth floors. Richard Rosenhaus, of Rosenhaus Real Estate represented Regus in the two-floor transaction.
• A 10-year, 18,364-sq.-ft. lease for Sunshine Sachs & Associates, a public relations firm that will occupy the entire 17th floor. Andrew Peretz and William Levitsky of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
Andrew Roos, a vice chairman of Colliers International Tri-State, along with President Michael T. Cohen leads the leasing efforts on behalf of the owners, which include the Cohen, Roos, and Carmel families.
Located between 31st and 32nd Streets, 136 Madison Avenue is a 17-story building comprised of 150,000 sq. ft.
