A Private Investor Has Paid $3.85M to Acquire Three Brooklyn Properties

NEW YORK—A private investor has paid $3.85 million for the acquisition of 602 44th Street and 4405-4409 6th Ave., three buildings totaling 28 apartment units in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn, N.Y.

Peter Von Der Ahe, first VP, investments, Matthew Fotis, VP, investments, and Jeb Hollingsworth, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was secured and represented by Peter Von Der Ahe, Matthew Fotis and Jeb Hollingsworth.
