MINNEAPOLIS—Calabrio has agreed to lease 30,000 sq. ft. at the Wyman Building, at 400 First Avenue North here in the downtown, for its new headquarters.
The company plans to move into the new office on May 1. The transfer is a small expansion, as the software firm is moving from 28,000 sq. ft. at 605 Waterford in Plymouth, Minn. Doug Fulton with Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, said it took about a year to identify the Wyman Building in the North Loop district as a perfect fit for the company.
“This space is a great fit for our growing company because it supports our culture of innovation and collaboration,” said Tom Goodmanson, president and CEO of Calabrio, in a statement. “The vibrant downtown location will help us attract and retain employees that want to be part of a fast moving company in a dynamic industry,”
The 200,000 sq. ft. building, built in 1901, has renovated mechanical systems and common areas, and with this signing will be 100 percent occupied. Swervo Development is the owner of the building.
