BROKEN BOW, NE—Cobblestone Hotels LLC, based on Neenah, Wis., has signed a 10-year franchise agreement with a local limited liability company for the construction of a new hotel here this spring.
The 36-room hotel will serve the Custer County region. The new Cobblestone Hotel and Suites will also feature an on-site beer and wine bar, meeting room, indoor pool and whirlpool, exercise equipment, guest laundry facility, an outdoor grill area and convenience store.
