KANSAS CITY, MO—VanTrust Real Estate has hired Opus Design Build LLC as the contractor of the $39 million, 176-unit apartment project called 51 Main, going up near the South Plaza neighborhood.
The six-story project will feature 10,000 sq. ft. of retail, covered onsite parking, a clubhouse, and an outdoor amenity courtyard complete with a pool, grilling area and cabana. Construction began in January 2013 and the first residents are slated to take occupancy in early fall 2014.
