SAN FRANCISCO—In order to expand its reach in the Northern California and Silicon Valley, Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Erik Doyle as managing director.
Together with Michel Seifer and Rob Hielscher, Doyle will lead the company’s investment sales efforts including tenant representation, landlord leasing, property management and project management. They will work directly with Pacific Northwest Market Director Elizabeth Hearle.
“This unmatched local expertise, paired with JLL’s global reach and extensive institutional track record, allows us to further differentiate ourselves as a market-leading Capital Markets platform in the region,” Seifer said, in a statement. “Our clients have specifically told us they value both local presence and global access to capital and this combination gives our clients the best-in-class service they’ve come to expect from our firm.”
In addition to Doyle, Will Connors has been hired as executive vice president as well as Ben Bullock and Nicole Zanghi as vice presidents.
“Erik, Will, Ben and Nicole are highly respected Capital Markets professionals in the Bay Area with a stellar track record and a comprehensive network of institutional, local and regional clients throughout San Francisco and the Silicon Valley,” Seifer said.
Before making the move to JLL, Doyle spent five years with Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey as executive managing director. While there he oversaw the western United States’ institutional investment sales platform.
