ANAHEIM, CA—Duke Realty Corp. purchased the 122,600-sq.-ft. industrial building at 1650 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim, Calif. for $14.3 million. Equus Capital Partners sold the 100-percent-occupied building that it has owned since 2006.
“Due to a dearth of supply and strong demand for industrial product in Southern California, we were able to achieve premium pricing on this well located, institutional quality asset,” said Gardner Ellner, acquisition manager at Equus, in a statement.
Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented Equus in the transaction.
PODS, a storing and moving company, occupies the entire property.
