HACKENSACK, NJ—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), acting as leasing agent, has closed several leases totaling nearly 100,000 sq. ft. at the Continental Plaza office complex in Hackensack, N.J.
These transactions include:
- 16,406 sq. ft. for Regus. NGKF’s Tim Greiner and Blake Goodman worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the tenant.
- 16,290 sq. ft. for Real Estate Mortgage Networks, which was represented by Studley. Greiner and Goodman worked to secure the deal on behalf of NGKF.
- A 10,895-sq.-ft. extension for existing tenant U.S. Bank, which recently acquired the rapidly expanding international fund administrator AIS Fund Administration. With the extension, the firm will now occupy 33,535 sq. ft. at the property. NGKF's Merrill Roth represented the tenant in the transaction.
- A 9,430-sq.-ft. extension for existing tenant TGI Friday's, which will now occupy 22,109 sq. ft. of space.
Continental Plaza is comprised of three class-A buildings totaling 650,000 sq. ft. of space. Located on Route 4, the complex underwent recent renovations that include a new elevator system, landscaping and modern entryway and lobby.
