LONG BEACH, CA—Special Olympics of Southern California has leased 12,029 sq. ft. at 1600 Forbes Way in Long Beach, Calif. The office property will serve as the group’s new headquarters.
Before this deal, which is said to be the second largest office transaction in the Long Beach area this year, The Special Olympics Southern California was split between two offices. Having space in both Long Beach and Gardena, Calif. the group was looking to combine the two in a new headquarters facility.
Doug Wubbena, senior vice president in NAI Capital’s Orange County office, and Randy Matusoff, vice president with NAI Capital’s South Bay office, represented the landlord. Bill Townsend of Inco Commercial Real Estate acted as the procuring broker.
