Gina Group Expands Footprint at 10 West 33rd to Total 31,000SF

NEW YORK—Gina Group LLC has signed two expansion leases at 10 West 33^rd Street totaling 31,000 sq. ft. of space that it will use for offices and showroom space.

Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC’s David Levy, principal, represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, in both transactions, which included:

• A nine-year, 10-month, 3,177-sq.-ft. expansion to the tenant’s space on the third floor of the property and
• A nine-year, eight-month, 2,944-sq.-ft. expansion to the tenant’s space on the fourth floor.

While details of the expansions were not disclosed, asking rent was $42 per sq. ft. for the third-floor space and $44 per sq. ft. for the fourth-floor space.

Built in 1914, 10 West 33^rd Street is a 12-story, 319,200-sq.-ft. property that includes additional tenants, such as A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza and Global Design Concepts, among others.
