DHL Renews at O’Hare Entrance Site

FRANKLIN PARK, IL—DHL has renewed a 458,884-sq.-ft lease near the O’Hare International Airport cargo entrance at 10601 Seymour here.

DHL occupies 100 percent of the Franklin Park industrial building owned by CenterPoint Properties. Ownership was represented by Kit Sultz of CenterPoint Properties.

Jeanne Rogers with Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the postal and logistics group in the renewal. She said in a statement that the firm chose to remain in its location due to the business advantages provided by the proximity of the airport.
