FREMONT, CA—Jones Lang LaSalle has been tapped to handle the leasing of the Fremont Distribution Center. The three-building, institutional quality warehouse and distribution facility is located at 47602-47283 Kato Road in Fremont, Calif.
“This is a high quality, well-capitalized property in a superior location which appeals to a wide range of tenants seeking a warehouse-distribution location along the I-880 corridor, arguably the Bay Area’s premier logistics corridor given its proximity to San Francisco and the South Bay and access to South California and the Pacific Northwest as well as California’s Central Valley and beyond,” said Kevin Ahaesy, JLL senior vice president, in a statement.
Ahaesy, along with colleagues Jason Ovadia and Patrick Metzger will oversee the leasing of the property.
The 269,965-sq.-ft. Fremont Distribution Center was built in 1988.
