LOS ANGELES—BentleyGlobal, a new commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has launched. Located in Century City, Calif., the company is being helmed by Andy Stewart, CEO and founding principal.
“BentleyGlobal was formed to provide highly-specialized commercial real estate brokerage representation, as well as asset and portfolio management services to a discerning client base of private and institutional property owners,” Stewart said, in a statement. “In recent years, mergers and consolidations in the commercial real estate brokerage industry have created less service and more bureaucracy, diluting the ability of seasoned dealmakers to craft and complete complex negotiations. BentleyGlobal fills this niche and applies a high-service approach and level of expertise in achieving our clients’ leasing and investment goals.”
The company will work with clients on a national level but will focus on serving Southern California clients and properties. BentleyGlobal will provide a variety of services, with an initial focus on leasing, asset management and property management. The new company’s current client roster includes brokerage and advisory representation of a national portfolio totaling nearly 4 million sq. ft. of office, retail and industrial properties.
