NEW JERSEY—Phibro Animal Health Corporation has leased 44,000 sq. ft. at Glenpointe Centre in Teaneck. The company, which specializes in manufacturing and marketing animal health and performance products, has relocated its headquarters to the Class A office complex from Ridgefield Park.
The company’s offices occupy the entire third floor and part of the fourth floor at Glenpointe Centre East.
The Krupat Group served as tenant broker in the long-term transaction. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was the original developer of and continues to own and operate Glenpointe; Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan, based in East Rutherford, serve as exclusive leasing agents for the property’s 650,000-sq.-ft. office component.
Phibro Animal Health Corporation manufactures and markets more than 550 specialty products, employs 1,000 professionals worldwide and has annual sales exceeding $500 million.
Glenpointe amenities include a full-service restaurant and cafeteria dining, bank, covered parking, 24/7 security and onsite property management. In addition, express public transportation to Manhattan is accessible. The property sits at the intersection of interstates 80 and 95, near routes 4 and 46 and less than three miles from the George Washington Bridge.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently completed a $7 million upgrade of common areas at the property’s three, interconnected buildings and is approved to construct an additional 230,000-sq.-ft. building.
