FULLERTON, CA – Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has completed a $7.8 million sales transaction for a 54,000-square-foot facility located at 1351 Manhattan Ave. in Fullerton, Calif.
The property is a free standing manufacturing and warehouse distribution building, which also has a large excess land area and a 12,000-square-foot covered canopy, five dock high loading doors, one ground level loading door, 22-foot warehouse clearance and 4,800-square-foot of office space.
Greg Diab and Jack Haley, principals of Lee’s Orange office represented the buyer, RK Manhattan, LLC, an aerospace manufacturing company. The seller, Manhattan, LLC, was represented by Ryan Peterson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis.
Diab and Haley both specialize in sales of user investment properties. They also have successfully executed more than 1,500 transactions as principals.
