NEW YORK—Hill Betts & Nash LLP has signed a five-year, 11,000-sq.-ft. lease at One World Financial Center. The law firm, which has been occupying its 26th floor space as a sublease, has signed a new direct lease to remain in the space.
Colliers International represented Hill Betts & Nash LLP in the transaction. The landlord, Brookfield Office Properties, was represented internally by David Cheikin.
Located at 200 Liberty Street between South End Avenue and West Street, One World Financial Center is a 40-story, 1.7 million-sq.-ft. office tower connected to the rest of the World Financial Center complex by a sky bridge over Liberty Street.
Other tenants in the building include Richards Kibbe & Orbe; Cadwalder, Wickersham & Taft; and Financial Industry Regulation Authority, among others.
