In this multiyear transaction, The Ezra Company’s Senior Vice President, David Kinney and Associate Vice President, Erica King represented Schafer Corporation, a leading-edge technology company formed in 1972 that provides high-quality products and professional services to its government and private-sector clients.
Kinney and King thoroughly examined the market to provide their client with the most economically advantageous and feasible options in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. After weighing these alternatives, leaders of Schafer Corporation opted to keep their headquarters at 3811 N. Fairfax Drive due to the aggressive terms Kinney and King were able to negotiate for Schafer’s early renewal.
