NEW YORK—U.S. Bank National Association, a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, renewed its lease at 100 Wall Street to occupy 28,000 sq. ft. for a seven-year term.
Mitchell Konsker, Scott Cahaly and Brian Reiver of Jones Lang LaSalle worked on behalf of the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, a New York City-based real estate private equity firm. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Burlant and Berhand Weinstabel represented the tenant.
Renovated in 2004, 100 Wall Street comprises 29 stories totaling 519,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space. The facility was constructed in 1969 and is located on Wall Street between Front and Water Streets in Manhattan’s Financial District.
