Earlier this month, Coldwater Creek announced that the company and all of its subsidiaries had filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to facilitate an orderly wind-down of its operations. The company will close all 372 stores and liquidate its inventory and other assets.
