Man Charged in Mall Bomb Plot

An Illinois man was arrested after trying to acquire hand grenades that he was allegedly going to set off at CherryVale Mall in Rockford, Ill.

It's the second incident at the mall in less than month. In November, two cars were damaged in a shooting in the mall parking lot.
