Bloomberg reports that an OfficeMax investor named Eric Hollander is suing to stop the merger between the retailer and its rival Office Depot over what he views as inadequate pricing of the deal. Hollander, who filed a complaint with a federal court last week, believes OfficeMax is worth much more than Office Depot's offer. He would like to prevent the merger from going through until a better deal is put on the table.
