If you are having trouble filling that small shop vacancy, how about a marijuana store? The Smoking Section reports that a Seattle-based businessman and former Mircosoft executive Jamen Shively plans to invest $100 million over the next three years in the nation's first chain of marijuana stores.
Operating under the brand name Diego Pellicer, the stores would be located in Washington, California and Colorado and would sell weed for both medical and recreational purposes.
