California Apparel News reports that the fast fashion powerhouse will be opening a new concept store at Azalea Shopping Center in South Gate, Calif. in early May. The store will measure 18,000 sq. ft. and will feature a large selection of clothes priced under $10, plus a mix of apparel and accessories from Forever 21's other brands.
